Are your services confidential?
Yes, our services are confidential. When contacting us, the young person or parent will only have to answer a few identification questions for statistical purposes (age, gender, city). Please note that if we have reason to believe that the safety of the person contacting us or that of a third party is at risk, we are obligated to take the necessary steps to inform emergency services.
Do you offer bilingual services?
You can contact us at any time in English or French.
