External Sexual Organs

The Penis

It consists of three parts: the shaft (body), the glans, and the foreskin. The glans is the swollen tip at the end of the penis, and the foreskin is the small skin that covers and protects the glans.

💡The penis is an organ that provides pleasure when touched.

The Testicles

They produce and store sperm, which is contained in semen, and testosterone.

Internal Sexual Organs

The Urethra

It is a tube that runs from the bladder to a small opening at the tip of the penis, called the urinary meatus. Urine and semen pass through the urethra to exit your body.

The Epididymis

This is where sperm complete their maturation.

The Vas Deferens

It connects the epididymis and the urethra. This is the path through which sperm reaches the urethra.

The Seminal Vesicles

There are two of them. They secrete a fluid that is added to the composition of semen.

The Prostate

It also produces a fluid that is added to the composition of semen.
