You can contact us from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. 👋 Outside these hours, you can access our content and the Tj Forum at any time.
Are there any Topics that a Counsellor Will not Feel Comfortable Talking About?
No, not at all! You can talk about whatever you want: love, sexuality, mental health. There are no taboo subjects or questions. 🙃 If we can't answer your question, we will make sure to refer you to someone who can.
Can I Contact you if I’m Depressed and Thinking about Suicide?

Is it Confidential?
Yes, you can talk to us about whatever you want without having to give us your name. 🤐 However, if we have reason to believe that your safety or the safety of someone close to you is threatened, we are obligated to inform those who can keep you safe. We do this with your cooperation as much as possible.
